Privacy notice

PromptToDraw is operating as a drawing-practice site with local-first saves and feedback. Community uploads, public galleries, voting, moderation, public profiles, and account-backed practice sync are paused.

The repository contains deny-all database and storage rule files for profile, favorite, submission, vote, and community-upload paths, but their deployment to an exact live Firebase project and bucket has not been verified. The current site no longer writes an email address or display profile to Firestore when authentication state changes.

When you use save, complete, rate, or practice-history controls, this origin may store the following on the device and browser you are using:

• saved reference slugs;
• recent exercise titles, completion status, rating, and save time;
• reference completion and perceived-difficulty feedback.

This local practice data is not account-synced or published. You can remove it on the delete local data page or through your browser's site-data settings.

The site is hosted on Vercel and includes Vercel Web Analytics. Hosting and analytics infrastructure may process request and page-view information such as the requested URL, time, browser or device information, and network information needed to deliver and measure the site.

PromptToDraw does not use the local practice entries described above as public content, and this release does not send those entries through a PromptToDraw account-sync API.

Earlier versions included authentication and community code. Existing authentication records, profile records, or uploaded objects may remain while the operator completes an inventory. Access paths are paused, but a rules change alone is not a claim that every previously stored object has already been erased.

There is not yet a verified public inbox or a working server-side account-deletion request channel. The contact status page records that limitation; community and account sync will remain closed while it is unresolved.

Drawing-practice pages may be useful to families, but the community and account-sync areas are not offered as child-directed services. Do not enter, upload, or try to send a child's image, location, school, contact details, or other sensitive information.

This notice should be updated before data collection or account/community features materially change. The review date at the top shows when this version was checked against the implementation.
