Make it easier
Reduce the decisions
Draw the airplane from directly above as three clean triangles with one center crease.

Illustrated reference · practice notes
Draw a crisp paper airplane with simple folded planes.
Practice focus
Keep converging fold edges crisp so the overlapping paper planes describe one believable folded object
Construction sequence
Place the pointed nose first, then draw a long center fold back toward the widest rear corner.
Build the near wing as a broad triangle and the far wing as a narrower plane rising behind it.
Cut the dark inner fold beneath the center ridge, checking that all three edges meet at the nose.
Add only faint crease lines and finish with a soft offset shadow that separates the white paper from the ground.
Make it easier
Draw the airplane from directly above as three clean triangles with one center crease.
Make it harder
Tilt the airplane upward and construct the changing angles of both wings plus a cast shadow from a single light direction.
